What Makes Us Different
We Grind Our Whole Wheat Fresh Everyday! Because freshly milled, whole wheat tastes phenomenal, and fresh whole grain bread is nutritious. We use premium wheat bought from family owned farms located in the finest wheat growing region in the world -- Montana.
Great Harvest is the only bakery and in the area that uses a Stone Mill to freshly grind hard, red-spring wheat for delicious, nutritious, whole wheat flour. We pride ourselves on using only natural foods, whole foods, and REAL foods when making our scratch-made breads and sweets. Only five simple ingredients are the basis for our yeast breads – Wheat flour, Honey, Water, Yeast and Salt…that’s it. No added preservatives, fats or dough conditioners. We add real ingredients like nuts, seeds, dried fruit, cheeses and herbs to make different types of breads.
